I finally finished the Netflix original show Between. I started it in the summer but with working and everything else I didn’t finish it until this past week. This show is about a town that is affected by a virus, but this virus only killed people who were 22 and older. After this happened, the town was completely cut off from the rest of the world, because the government wanted this virus contained. Now the town is left with a bunch of kids trying to figure out how to survive. That isn’t the only problem. How will everyone who is left determine who will lead and will more chaos occur? I actually really liked this show. There is definitely death if you didn’t already realize. This show kept me wanting more. I think what sets this show a part form others is the premise of the show. You keep watching because you want to know why 22 years old? What happens at that age? The show has a Lord of the Flies feel. I say that because both have young people leading and taking charge in desperate situations, like when there are no adults around. It also has kind of a dark eerie feel. If you like mystery, then you will enjoy this show. The full 1st season of this show is on Netflix and this show has been renewed for a 2nd season. So be ready in the summer to see how this story continues.
