I had seen commercials about this show but wasn’t really that interested in it. I was somewhat interested only because I was wondering how it would work. How does a girl hear people’s most inner thoughts through song. I do have to say it is an interesting concept and not one I have thought of.

So my sister was interested in show. She loves musicals and this was right up her alley. Since I was in the same room, I decided to join her and check out the show. So basically, Zoey was in MRI or Catscan or something like that. Then, there was an earthquake while she was in the machine. That somehow caused all this music to go into her brain and she now can hear people’s inner most thoughts through song.

It was actually more entertaining and sometimes sweet as well. With the help of her neighbor, she realizes this doesn’t have to be a burden. This can be a gift. She uses her new found gift to try and help people that don’t know what to say or how to express what they really feel.

One sweet thing about the show is that her dad is sick and can no longer talk. She can now hear his inner thoughts and how he feels through song. That was one of my favorite parts of the show so far. Maybe I will be watching this show, not sure yet. I have only seen the first episode. It comes on NBC so if you wanted to check it out, let me know what you think. And as always The Show Must Go On.
