This show I actually heard of through youtube. I saw some recommended clips and after I watched a few, I was hooked. I immediately went to VIki to watch the entire series
The General’s Lady is about an arranged marriage with a daughter from a noble family and a ruthless general. Neither one of them were fond of the marriage. The emperor wanted them to get married and they had to go through with it. Their first encounter wasn’t ideal. The general thinks she is a spy and doesn’t let her leave the manor. She thinks that he is a killer general from all the rumors she has heard.
They soon realize their first impressions of each other were wrong. That is when their relationship begins to grow. They were once enemies but now they are becoming more. This is more than just a love story. There are some secrets that need to be uncovered. The general’s family was mysteriously killed when he was younger. He is trying to find out what happened so long ago.
The General’s Lady is a good watch. I thought it was really cute to see how their relationship grew. I would give this a 3 out of 5. It was a good watch and something light and slightly addicting. The is definitely a little mystery but in my opinion, it was more on the romance side. This is on Viki if you are interested in watching. If you have seen the show, what did you think?
