This season of Kim’s Convenience centered around one couple.
The big thing in this season of Kim’s Convenience was Raj & Janet’s relationship. Yes other things happened but what I took away from this show was Raj & Janet.
Raj is back unfortunately as an engaged man. So Raj;s parents don’t know that he and Janet use to date So the dad ask if she will do the engagement photos. She’s a photographer that he knows so he thinks it will be a great idea. Janet takes the job and while doing the photo shoot Raj has the nerve to say, I miss you. Janet thankfully walks away even though she still has feelings for him. I was like You Go Girl!
Later, Raj comes back into the season. Jared needs to go to the hospital and Raj is the doctor helping him. He confesses his love to Janet again and he is still engaged. I’m like dude you can’t keep doing this. Thankfully Janet, ws thinking what I was thinking. She still has feelings for him but is upset that he is confessing when he is still engaged to another woman.
At the end of the season, Janet has moved on and found another guy she is attracted to. They are about to go on a date when Raj arrives. Raj has the absolute worst timing. He says he broke up with his fiancé for Janet. He wants to be with Janet. She is feeling a lot and rightfully so because she is trying to move on but then he just comes into her life again. Janet says she wasn’t going to wait around for him. She leaves to go on her date with this new guy. Raj is left speechless.
I wonder if we sill see Raj again in season 4?
