Blogmas Day 16: Home For Christmas

I feel like I have been killing with the holiday season TV shows. I have not seen them all but I am doing pretty good if I do say so myself. What I watched next was also on Netflix and was also a foreign show. I believe it was a Norwegian show and let me say it is the first one I have watched in that language.

Basically, the daughter is feeling pressure from her family to find a guy and settle down. When she is with her family for dinner, she tells them that she has a boyfriend and they tell her to bring him to Christmas Eve dinner. There is one problem, she doesn’t actually have a boyfriend.

Throughout the show she is taking chances, dating guys, trying to find someone to have a connection with ,and someone to bring to family dinner. So at the end of the show, you are not sure which way her heart is leaning towards because there are a couple guys that could be a match for her. But this show, ended on a cliff hanger. I hate that they did that but it was smart because now I need to know what happens.

At the end of the season, she opens the door to someone at Christmas Eve dinner. Who is you might ask? Well we don’t know, but I bet if they had a 2nd season we would. So that means, i’m gonna need everyone to watch this show just so I can find out who was behind the door.

I think the show was a good watch. It is more like romance/ drama and those are the shows I tend to be fond of. It’s a good holiday show that is funny and at sometimes emotional. I would suggest giving it a watch this time of year. If you watch it, let me know what you think. And never forget The Show Must Go On.
