I have a lot of questions after watching season 2 of The Umbrella Academy.
After the first season, we left off when the siblings were jumping back in time to stop the apocalypse from happening. Unfortunately, they travel too far back in time. They end up in years way before their time and that is the 1960’s. Now they brought the apocalypse with them, and have to try to stop it from happening again.

I did enjoy season 2 and finished it way too fast. Now, I need a 3rd season to watch immediately. I do think that this season’s pacing was a bit slow. Near the end it was way better but it did take a little while to get there. I think the 1st season was like this as well, which is probably the only thing I don’t like.
After watching season 2, I feel like it left me with more questions than answers. Here are some questions I have after watching season 2.
- Where did new Ben come from? – we see Ben at the end of the season but it is a different Ben. So what happened?
- What is the Sparrow academy and are they different children? – Since now that their father knows about the umbrella academy, did he adopt the same 7 kids or different ones completely?
- Where did Lila go & will we see her again? – I loved her character in this season and was surprised to see her have powers. I am also interested if we will see more people like the umbrella academy and if we see Lila again.
- In the present day, is their mom alive or is she a robot? Since they changed the past I am interested to see if her future changed as well.
- Will they ever be able to restore the timeline to what it was originally without the apocalypse? – Every time they time jump, something goes wrong.
- What is going to happen to Harlan? – He still has some of Vanya’s powers at the end. I am interested to see how that changes the future.
- Also, a plot twist I didn’t see coming. Sir Reginald Hargreeves is not human. How? Where did he come from?
