Basically, I saw the trailer for this show on YouTube and I was like, I need to watch this now.
This show is about 7 kids that were adopted by one man and the one thing they have in common is that they have supernatural powers. All except one that is. The show focuses on their lives as they are adults and then every now and then shows us a glimpse of their childhood. It isn’t easy growing up with special abilities and we do see that throughout the season.
The dynamic of the brothers and sisters I think was one of my favorite things about watching the show. They all grew up the same way but they are all completely different from one another. And of course like all siblings, they know how to get on each others nerves. They need to figure out how to work together to save the world from ending.
If you haven’t watched it, I highly suggest to finish reading this first and then going to Netflix and watching this show. This show had me wanting more and more. I wasn’t able to binge it in one shot because I had work. But, I made sure that I finished this show. I just loved it. I wish I had a better adjective to describe it but right now I don’t. But, it was really good. Maybe I am biased because I love superhero type of movies and this was right up my alley.
When it finally ended, all I was thinking is I need to know what happens next. I need season 2 to come as soon as possible. Let me know what you think about the Umbrella Academy
