Blogmas Day 9
I have been really wanting to watch Smallville. I have some things to say about this show. because I have opinions and feelings about this show.
So we all know about Superman. He is like the oldest superhero, he wears red and blue, he flys and wears a cape. These are the basics I knew about the show. Smallville takes a look at Superman before he was superman. It was when he was just Clark Kent.
Growing up I had a friend who loved this show. So, I knew of the show and some of the characters but I never watched it. I knew there was Clark and I knew he had a love interest named Lana Lang. I was worried about this because everyone knows Clark Kent ends up with Lois Lane so that was one thing I was interested in how they were going to make that work. Because he was “In Love” or as I would say “obsessed” with Lana Lang.
2 characters I didn’t love were Lex Luthor and Lana Lang. I am not sad to admit I was happy when they left after season 7. I thought it was time for them to go. When it was finally Clark and Lois. I was so happy. Season 8-10 were my favorites.
Overall, I liked the show. I would give it a 3.5 out of 5. I liked it and I would rewatch season 8 -10 multiple times. Seasons 3 -7, I would skip because of how much I dislike Clark and Lana’s relationship and then Lana and Lex’s relationship. If it was only season 8-10 then I would have given it a 5 out of 5.
If you are interested in this show, it is currently on Hulu. This has a total of 10 seasons and it is so easy to binge. If you have seen the show, what did you think?
