Blogmas Day 2!
Recently, there have been TV shows that I have started but I don’t end up finishing by the end of the year. There are a few reasons for this. Sometimes I don’t like the show and I don’t want to finish it. Another reason is because I got busy with other TV shows from my watchlist. If you didn’t know, on my youtube channel I pick shows for what I will watch every month. I will link my watchlist playlist below, if you want to check any of them out. Here are 5 TV shows that I didn’t finish this year
The Great – This is a show on Hulu and I feel like a lot of people like it. I originally watched it because I was genuinely interested in it. Once I started, I never really got into it and did not enjoy watching it. I think the comedy in the show is just not my type. I think i got to 6 episodes in season 1 before I completely stopped and wouldn’t watch it anymore. Recently season 2 came out and the trailer makes me want to give the show a 2nd chance. Maybe in 2022 I will try again.
Moesha – This came to Netflix and I wanted to rewatch the series. I ended getting through a couple seasons but stopped watching it. I do enjoy the show. There were other shows that I wanted to watch throughout the year and this show ended up on the back burner. I will try to finish the show next year.
Sister Sister – What happened to this is similar to what happened to Moesha. I got through a couple seasons and then ended up not finishing this show because I had other shows I wanted to finish first.
Outlander – This show I was really excited to see. I was recommended to watch it by a lot of people and I saw so many trailers for it. This show looked like it was perfect for me. I started watching it and it is a great show. I almost finished the first season but there were episodes back to back that had a lot of violence towards women and taking advantage of them. Usually, I can handle those scenes and get through them. To me, it was happening almost every episode in the ones I watched recently. I think because of bingeing it on Netflix, it was a lot and I had to take a break from watching the show. I want to pick it back up next year once I am ready for it.
Gentrified – I watched the first episode and it was okay. I didn’t really get into it. I do want to watch the 2nd episode and see if i should continue with the show. It is on Netflix and has 2 seasons so I really want to try and give the show a 2nd chance and I am hoping I like it.
Gilmore Girls – I was really in a Gilmore Girls mood during the fall. I started watching the show and when fall was over, I stopped watching because I wasn’t really in the mood anymore. Next year, I will continue to watch this show. I love this show and have seen it many times. I can’t wait to finish the series again.
There are the shows i didn’t finish in 2021. I really do try to finish every show I start but these were the exception. I hoped you enjoyed this Blogmas post.
