Blogmas Day 3! Season 3 of You is on a whole other level.
Joe and Love move to the suburbs to start a new life. I think they both believe things might be different while they are here. But then Joe is up to his old tricks and finds someone to become obsessed over, the begin to fall back into their old ways.
This season was by far the most intense. It escalated very quickly in the first couple episodes. Joe and Love are trying to change both of their ways since they are married and have a kid now. With these two, that doesn’t last very long. This killing couple begins to have some trouble and try to fix it before everything falls apart. What I enjoyed the most was the dynamic of Joe and Love’s relationship.
Things seem to be okay and they are both making an effort but with them that doesn’t last too long. They are both struggling in their marriage. Trying too hard and sometimes not trying at all. There were times they were both mad at each other for things they were doing as well. There was a lot of hypocrisy in this episode. They hated when their spouse did it but when it was themselves, they didn’t even acknowledge it.
Let’s just say this relationship with Joe and Love was a rollercoaster ride. I do have to say this season was by far my favorite. It was the side characters that made the show. I loved getting to know their neighbors. Their story lines I think really put this season at the top for me.
Overall, I really enjoyed season 3. It had more of everything in this season. It raised the stakes a lot and i don’t know what they will do to top this. After the way this season ended, i can’t wait to see what will happen in season 4. What did you think of season 3 of You and are you ready for season 4?
