Muted is a show about a guy who went to jail for killing his parents and after that night he has not spoken.
When I heard about this description, I was very interested in this show. Before I even watched it I was wondering did he murder his parents? What really happened.?
Our main character Sergio just got out of jail and he hasn’t spoken since the death of his parents. People are trying to figure out if he actually did it or not. No one knows if he is the real killer because he did not confess or defend himself. This whole time he is out, he wants to see his little sister. He has no idea where she is and the last time he saw was the date of the incident.
I was disappointed in how this show played out. I was so interested and it grabbed my attention with the description. As the show went on, it was getting more and more disappointing. It was mostly because of how some of the characters acted throughout the episodes.
I was hoping the last episode would tie everything together and make up for the rest of the season, but unfortunately it didn’t. I liked where the story was going for the last episode, but again the characters and some of their actions ruined it for me.
After watching this show, I would give it 2.75 stars. It was an ok show but it definitely could have been better. I think if some characters’ storylines or actions were written to go in a different direction, this could have been a really good show. If you have seen this show, what did you think?
