Bridgerton is one of my favorite shows and it all started in season 1 with Daphne and Simon. Here are some of my favorite moments of the couple.
First dance – To me this is where to me it all began. Everything in this scene was perfect in my opinion. If you look at every little piece of the scene like lighting, the set and everything else. It makes it 10 times better.
Hands touching at the painting – this scene was so much build up. They are both reaching and not looking at each other. It is as if it is the most natural thing in the world. Then when their hands touch, they linger there for a few moments.
Kiss in the garden – This was a scene that took me a bit by surprise. They have both been so proper and controlled with each other. Eventually keeping everything they felt bottled up was too much. They gave into their desires.
I burn for you – How could I not include this iconic line. This is where they finally confess how they truly feel for one another. This takes their relationship to another level as well.
Confession in the rain – After conflict in their marriage, Daphne shares how she feels. This is another turning point, where there is hope that there will be a future for them.
