5 Female Driven Shows to Watch This Month

This month is all about women. Women are amazing, strong, and we rule the world. Here are 5 shows that feature strong female casts.

Good Girls - Season 1

Good Girls – This show features Retta, Christina Hendricks, and Mae Whitman. These 3 women all seem to be struggling in their personal lives and decide to rob a grocery store. They end up getting in deeper into the crime than they had intended. What I love about this show is how strong these women are and they will do anything for their families, even breaking the law.

good-trouble

Good Trouble – This is a spin off of The Fosters. These two sisters and now on their own with new jobs and a new place. They balance their work and personal lives in the new world of adulthood they have joined. These two may fight but they love each other.

the-bold-type

The Bold Type – These 3 best friends are taking over New York. What I love about this show is that is about women empowerment. The magazine they work for Scarlett even talks about different things women are going through. I love the dynamic of this trio and no matter what they have each others back.

claws-female-show

Claws – This show features 5 powerful women and they are trying to grow their nail business. While trying to grow they do get involved in some illegal activity. They will do whatever it takes to reach their dreams. They no matter what mess they get into the others are there with them to help them out of it.

grownish-females

Grownish – This show is all about college and the different situations teens are going through this time. I enjoy the cast of this show but especially the ladies. They are growing up and trying to be prepared for adulthood. They argue and love each other. They have each others back through the tough times of college. Most of all I love how strong they are.

These shows all have great female actresses and are a must watch. These strong powerful women are an inspiration. I highly suggest watch these shows for a little extra female empowerment this month. And as always The Show Must Go On.
