Another leading lady that has been on of my favorites for a while is Chandra Wilson. You may know her as Miranda Bailey on Grey’s Anatomy.
She has been on Grey’s Anatomy since the very beginning. Her character Miranda Bailey definitely made an impression when you first met her. She gave the orders and you never disobeyed her. Her character has gone through ups and downs but she has always been a strong character. She recently directed the episode of Grey’s Anatomy that made it the longest medical drama. Congrats on that for sure because that is a huge milestone.
Grey’s Anatomy has always been on my favorite shows and Miranda Bailey has always been one of my favorite characters. At first I thought Miranda Bailey was mean and didn’t give the interns a chance and yes she could be harsh at some times but she didn’t sugar coat anything. She told it like it is. She made sure that she was not someone that was overlooked. Now, I see her as being strong and overcoming so much to get to where see is in the medical industry. I think Chandra Wilson portrays her so well and was made to play this part. I am not the only one that thinks so either because she has been nominated for many awards because of this part she plays.
