What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim was the perfect show for me to watch. I have been a little sad and I wanted a cute romance to cheer me up.
Secretary Kim works for the Vice Chairman and she tells him she has decided to quit and help him find another secretary. He is caught off guard and wondering why she would want to quit and leave him. He ends up trying to get her to stay and while he is doing this they both end up falling for each other.
The Vice Chairman is narcissistic and mostly thinks about himself. He can be a hard one to please. He has high standards for everyone that works for him. When he realizes Secretary Kim won’t be with him any more, he tries to change his ways and do everything he can to make her stay. Secretary Kim is a great multitasker and a great balance to the Vice Chairman. She is the perfect assistant and makes sure everything he needs is met. She has been by his side working for him for a very long time and now wants to figure what she wants to do.
If you are looking for a cute romance show, then you should check this one out. It is more of an opposites attract in my opinion. They are a bit different but I think their differences are what make them work. There is some other drama in the show as well and smaller love stories you will see. There is some talk about suicide. It is small part in the show but if that is a trigger for you, you should be aware.
Overall, I really enjoyed this show and it was the perfect thing for me to watch at the time. There was a part of the storyline I didn’t love. It had to do with family relationships but other than that, I think it is great. I would definitely recommend this. You can watch it on Hulu or the Viki app. If you have already seen this show, what did you think?
