It has taken me a long time to write this letter. I really enjoyed this show and I wanted to put into words how much I enjoyed this entire journey. I still don’t think I did a great job, but here we go.
Dear Game of Thrones Cast and Crew,
We sure have been on a journey all these years. I remember thinking before I got into this show, that it was all hype. Then I watched it, and knew that it wasn’t all hype. I watched this show and was immediately hooked. I loved this world that was created and loved the characters even more.
Thank you George R. R. Martin for writing such a captivating story that made me smile, cry, and sometimes even laugh. Thank you to everyone behind the scenes. Thank you for creating such great imagery that I could watch every week and feel like I was there. Every detail and effort that was put in made the show even better. From the clothes they wore, to the places the scenes took place. Every little piece made Game of Thrones what it is.
Thank you to the cast for bringing your characters to life. I loved watching them grow and change every season. There was so much emotion in each episode. Getting viewers to feel all that emotion, speaks to the talent of this cast. When you cried, I cried and when you smiled, I smiled. To all the ones we lost. Your death still leaves an impact and your character will be forever remembered.
Thank you for having such strong female characters in this show. I loved seeing them be rulers and warriors. Thank you to all the women who portrayed them. You showed us strength, power, and you showed us intelligence.
This journey has been an emotional one, but I would go through it all over again. What I really loved was being a part of a great fan base. I loved talking about the show with other people and getting excited about what will happen next. This has been a great experience and thank you for bringing all the fans on this journey. To everyone who was a part of making this show. Thank You!

So for someone who never watched a single second of the series and didn’t even realized it was over, where to begin? My closest experience was to enjoy different beers by different breweries named after different Game of Thrones experiences but that was less for the experience than for the style/brand of beer. I have heard of people binge watching whole seasons but I can’t see that. I didn’t do that with Hapoy Days or MASH or Cheers. Any suggestions?
My suggestion is what people told me. Start from the very beginning.You definitely do not need to binge watch whole seasons, but is hard to stop once you get started. The last piece of advice I can give you is don’t get too attached to any characters. I hope you enjoy the show, it has become one of my favorites.
