I finally finished the last season of Downton Abbey. The movie is coming out very soon and I hadn’t seen the last season yet. I recently finished watching the last few episodes of the final season and now I am ready to see the movie. I love Downton Abbey and I am so mad it took me this long to finish the last season, but too late for that.
Downton Abbey is a period drama that takes place in England. It is about a wealthy family and their servants in their huge house in Downton. It takes place in the early 1900s and goes through WWI and the flapper era. It shows what happened around this time and how it affected people of different social and economic levels.
I love movies and shows like this. Period dramas are my favorites. To me most of them have more of an innocence than a lot of modern dramas. It’s also crazy to me sometimes how people lived and what their lifestyles were like since they are so different from now. This show captivated me from the very beginning and it was sad to see it end. I think this show is a great one to watch with the whole family.
