I had watched A Family Reunion Netflix show previously. So when I saw there was a Christmas special. I wanted to check it out. I know in my previous review of the show I thought it was ok, but it wasn’t my favorite. After watching the Christmas special, I think my opinion has changed a bit.
The Christmas special focuses on M’Dear and her sisters. Her 2 sisters come home for the holidays and they do have a little family drama regarding the past of their singing careers. You can tell they love each other but there is a strain on their relationship. The show also focuses on the grandkids learning about giving back and not being wasteful. This is something they didn’t understand and never had to really worry about.
I think the Christmas special was really good. It is only 1 episode of about 30 minutes long. Even though it was short, it got me in the Christmas spirit and made me think about how grateful I am for my family this time of year. If you like Family Reunion, I would suggest checking out the Christmas episode. It is worth the watch in my opinion. Are there any other Christmas episodes that you have watched recently?
