I have been wanting a show to watch for fall that is a nice cozy watch. The first thing that came to mind was Gilmore Girls. Then I started thinking about what makes Gilmore Girls the perfect fall watch. It isn’t just me, there are others who decide to turn on the classic show and watch it during this season. Here are the reasons I think Gilmore Girls is the perfect fall watch.
The Intro – From the intro, you automatically know that this is gonna be fall vibes. When you see the trees with the orange, yellow, red leaves you know is the fall season. The show intro screams Fall is Here!
The Small Town – I think another reason this show is perfect for fall is because of the town itself. Stars Hollow is cute and cozy. Everyone knows everyone and they are one big family. They do get on each other’s nerves from time to time but they would help each other out in a heartbeat. I think the town and the people make it perfect for fall.
The Clothes – The wardrobe was fall. You had the huge sweaters and the leather. The clothes the characters wore were 100% fall. Every time I see Rory in her sweaters or when I see Lorelai in her business attire it says “Fall, I’m here!”
The Vibe – I don’t know how to explain it but it gives off cozy fall vibes. It is a great comfort watch. It makes you want to cozy up in a blanket, grab your favorite junk food and binge watch it all day.
I wasn’t in the spooky and usual fall vibes that I am for this time of month. This time I wanted something cozy to watch. When I think of a cozy fall show, Gilmore girls is at the top of the list. It is long enough to last you through the fall months and is an overall great show.
