I really wanted a romance to watch and Zac & Mia is what I wanted to choose.
Zac and Mia focuses on two teenagers who have two different types of cancer and end up being in hospital rooms right next to each other. Zac has been there for a while and is in quarantine. He is not able to leave his room because if he does he could get sick. Mia, is there to begin chemo to fix the cancer in her leg. Unlike Zac, she doesn’t have anyone to be there for her.
Zac is there for Mia when she has no one else. They do go through their ups and downs but they ultimately do care for each other. I do want to let you know that this can get emotional at times. Zac & Mia are dealing with serious medical issues. We see what they are going through and how they are dealing with it in different ways. Their families are also dealing with it in different ways as well. It isn’t easy to see someone you love sick and there is nothing you can do about it.
Zac & Mia only has 2 seasons. I wish there was more but sadly only the 2 I have to watch. It wasn’t the best but I think for a teen show it was pretty good. There were definitely some points where the acting could have been better. Overall, I think it was a decent show and I would recommend to others.
