Shows with crime and police are a popular theme for shows. Putting a twist on this classic type of show can be very hard with all the different kinds out there. This one does have an interesting twist and it includes magic.
The show Deception is about the new secret weapon that police have. Their secret weapon is a magician who knows all about illusions. He is a new perspective that will help the police solve different crimes. There is a problem though, not everyone is excited for the help he is providing. Some of these people don’t like magic and don’t believe he can help in any way. With this conflict how will both parties be able to work together to solve these crimes? I guess we will have to wait and see. I am curious to see how much a magician can help on cases.
This show will be coming soon to ABC. I am not sure how I feel about it just yet but I am willing to give it a try. What do you guys think about this new twist on a crime show? Let me know in the comments below.
