When I first heard about Her Private Life, it seemed like a weird concept. I wasn’t sure if I would like it. I ended up loving it.
This show is about a woman who is a curator at an art museum. She ends up having a huge secret, which is that she is a huge fan girl of a certain boy band member. Through this show we see her living kind of living a double life. A misunderstanding happens where people think she is dating this boy band member. She ends up getting hate comments and death threats from his fan group. To stop all this, she decides to enter into a fake relationship with a guy she works with and who she doesn’t quite get along with.
I loved Her Private Life. I couldn’t stop watching. Every episode ended and I had to know what would happen next. I thought it might be corny because of the fangirling aspect, but this show was really good. The is drama and a lot of secrets in this show as well. My dramatic self ended up crying for the last couple episodes. It got emotional and I wasn’t ready.
If you like romance, I would suggest giving this show a watch. This is a Korean drama currently on Viki. It has 1 season with 16 episodes, so it will be a pretty quick watch. If you have seen it, what did you think?
