Blogmas Day 21
I do have to say I wasn’t the most excited to finish Riverdale season 4. I watched the first half and I wasn’t feeling it. Honestly, after season 1 I felt the show went downhill. Which was really disappointing, since I loved the 1st season so much.
This is another example, when social media persuaded me to give something a chance. I saw people talking about season 4 and how good it was. I didn’t believe them because the previous seasons were not that great. I decided to take other people’s word and watch it.
I have been trying to watch things on my Netflix list, so I decided to give this show a try because people were saying good things. I loved the 2nd half of the 4th season so much. It reminded me of season 1 and that is what I liked most about it. There was a mystery and solving murders. It was intense and actually good. When they tried to do incorporate that in season 2 & 3 it didn’t work.
I am not sure what happened in season 4, but it worked. I am glad I watched it and gave it a chance. I was gladly surprised and I am excited for the new season and I hope it will be as good as the previous one. What did you think of the 4th season and are you excited for the 5th season?
