If Outer Banks is going to have a season 2, there are tons of questions I have.
The first season of Outer Banks ended on a cliff hanger. With a cliff hanger, comes unanswered questions. Below are a couple questions I have and a couple things I think might happen.
When season one ended, John B and Sarah were going towards the gold. Will most of the season take place in Outer Banks or the Bahamas?
How will their friends know where they are and how will they get into the Bahamas? This was something else I was wondering about. Will they be contacting their friends to let them know where they are or lay low as much as possible? I also thought if they did contact them maybe it will be through a secret message letting them know to come to the Bahamas. It’s just a theory.
Will Ward be found guilty for the murder of John B’s dad? I honestly don’t think Ward will get too much time without evidence. Of course they will question him, but he will probably have some elaborate excuse as to why he couldn’t be the killer. Then eventually, John B and his friends will probably find some evidence and threaten Ward to tell the truth.
I think one of the story lines I am interested to see playout is Rafe’s and Topper.
Rafe murdered the sheriff and more people are beginning to find out what he did. We already know that from the final episode that his drug dealer will be using this information to blackmail him. I think either Rafe will go crazy from being blackmailed and possibly turn himself in, or he will harm someone else to keep his secret from coming out.
Last time we saw Topper, he was proving his love to Sarah. He pretended to be John B so that John B and Sarah could escape from the cops. We also saw a look he exchanged with Rafe, that he knows what he did. I do believe that John B and Sarah told Topper the truth about the sheriff’s death, in order to get his help.
What will happen to Topper in season 2? Will he try to follow Sarah to the Bahamas and try to win her back? What will happen with his relationship with Rafe? Will they pretend that nothing happened and continue to be friends or will they turn on each other? After you learn that your friend killed someone, I don’t think that friendship will be the same.
These are just some of the questions that I have for Outer Banks season 2. What theories or questions do you have for season 2?
